Success Come By

The bitter pill,
Is the fastest cure.

Plan for the future,
If you want your later,
To be much greater,
Save for later.

It is hard to be a man,
You can imagine how it is,
Being a successful man,
But that's the way life is.

Success never comes,
Packed with a fork and cutter,
Success always comes,
Disguised in a bin of litter.

Kiss goodbye,
The attitude of ignorance.

They say that,
Doctored results,
Were sick in the first place.

A successful man knows,
It's no need doctoring,
It's better monitoring,
It's all in success laws.

Getting rich isn't easy,
The extra mile is the longest.

But if you are really determined,
You eventually watch Success Come By!

Mediocre and Insignificant

Tell me,
Of what good,
Is a single grain of rice,
For a man who hasn't eaten in 3 days,

Of what good,
Is a single drop of water,
For a thirsty camel in the desert,

Of what good,
Is a single penny,
For a man who has a wife and children,

Of what good,
Is a single principled politician,
In a house full of corrupt representatives,

Of what good,
Is a group of demonstrators,
Marching on as the traitors look on,

Tell me,
Isn't many the way to go,

Don't they say, The majority wins,
Don't they say, Unity is strength,

Isn't it time we united,

Isn't it time we refused,
To eat a grain of rice while we can get full plates,
To make our camels sip while they can drink to fill,
To take pennies for wages while we can get the bills,
To vote in crooks while we have men of principle,
To demonstrate while there are traitors watching,

It's time we got rid of Mediocrity and Insignificance.

Funny World

Funny how love feelings hit you,
Even when you promise yourself not to,
Funny how married men fall for other women,
Even when in their homes they are fed up with 'women'.

Funny how beer costs too much,
Then its effects get ugly as much,
Funny how surfing looks enjoyable.
Then u realize how the time you lost would have been profitable.

Funny how people look at others,
Then they realize that they have the same characters,
Funny how reading this poem gets into my nerves,
Then I realize that it just ended.

It's a Funny World!

Standing the Test

When the clock ticks,
I know what the crowd thinks,
If i can stand the test of time,
But I am a man of all time.

Most are a cut above the rest,
I am a cut above the best,
I can stand any test,
Owe it to my being best.

In this field,
I will get a huge yield,
My focus won't tilt,
My ambition won't wilt.

I continue to thrill,
To strengthen the frail,
Because it is God's will,
I will Stand the Test.

Hic! Hic! Vodka

My sincere love of Vodka,
I think its the best liquor,

Not that I am much of a drinker,
But is it an issue anyway? Winker.

The poison behind my stagger,
The reason why i speak slur,

At times I can create such a fuss,
It's the smart stuff in my glass,

I would love gin and whiskey,
But that more of risky,

My liver gets the best,
Other sots drink the rest.

At least now that I can still stand.
Vodka gets you standing, although at times horizontally.

I Love my Vodka. Hic!

Im Elated

A little calf struggles onto its feet minutes after birth,
A young human struggles to stand a year after birth,
Such are the wonders of the earth.

As I see my daughter struggle to hold her neck up,
I feel courage rising within me high up,
I don't want to talk but I can no longer shut up,
I continue to encourage her to rise up.

Every sound she makes,
Too much energy it takes,
But it a closer step she takes,
To talking one day without mistakes.

Every morning when she opens her eyes, I'm Elated!

I Wonder Father

This poem is for my mother and my brother,
The only family that I have,
The people with whom I share family love.

In my entire life,
I never had a man to emulate,
I never had someone to look up for advice,
No one ever started telling me something with the words, "Son, one day you will..."
Nobody,
Nobody ever came to visit me to school spotting a beard and holding a newspaper,
Nobody ever told me to face this world like a man,
Mother never knew these things,
There I was,
Out in the world,
Running up and down,
Making mistakes,
That I am paying for up to now,
Because I never had a map,
I don't blame you father,
I don't hate you either,
I just wonder,
Why did you have to leave us with mother?
Would you want me to becomes a father like you?
I just wonder Father,
I really wonder.

The Punchline of Thieves

The punchline is all evident on my head,
How your blow met with my head,
It is the reason why my eye is red,
If I never got help, Now I would be dead.

It is people like you,
Who make insecurity true,
It is people like you,
Who leave us wondering what to do.

If you don't slay, you cripple,
Why don't you live your lives simple,
You children of the evil,
What do you ask innocent people?

Is it a must that you drink cheap wine?
Is it a must that you steal all the time?
Is it a must that you leave people with a PUNCHLINE?

Tears and Smiles

These tears,
These tears that well my eyes,
These tears that flow when I cry,
These tears that I shed when I am angry,
These tears that are triggered by my agony,
These tears that I shed every day,
These tears will dry one day,
These tears will be no more,
These tears will be replaced by a smile.

A smile,
A smile that will be a sign of joy,
A smile that will end my cry,
A smile that will carry away my agony,
A smile that will be on my face every day,
A smile will be on my face one day,
A smile will be all I afford and more,
A smile it will be forever.

Take Sometime

Take sometime to reflect on your life,
It's yours after all,
Take sometime to listen to others,
You too will need an ear sometime,
Take sometime to read a blog,
You will need traffic on yours,
Take sometime to comment on a status,
You also need appreciation once in a while.

Take sometime to do charity,
Its a way of appreciating what God has given you,
Take sometime to treat a lady,
You could lift up her spirits forever,
Take sometime to attend an event,
You will want people at your wedding or funeral,
Take sometime to reply a message,
You will want someone to answer when you call 911.

Visitor Who Came to Stay

You were the visitor,
Who asked for a cup of water,
You asked for a food platter,
We gave you visitor.

You slept at our place,
We are a kind race,
All people we embrace,
We gave you some space.

Days went by,
You started to lie,
You wanted to stay,
We began to pray.

You won my heart,
Now leaving was hard,
We dint want to part,
Another story starts.

The visitor who came to stay....

Better Loving

When you move on,
You want to look on,
Another side of,
Life after love and,
Better life for that matter.

You hope that,
You will land on,
Another planet of,
Love that never ends with,
Heartbreaks and heartaches.

You think of,
Prince charming who,
Will kiss you when,
You really need it,
You hope for,
BETTER LOVING!

A Toast

A toast,
To the coast,
The men in coats,
The owners of oats,
They came with boats,
To share this great toast.

A toast,
Along with roast,
To them that boast,
They eat the most,
They came composed,
To share this great toast.

A toast to all!!

Swimming

Swimming,

In a sea of naughty thoughts,
In an ocean of erotic dots,
In a river of sexy hots,
In a stream of sorts,
In a pool of tots,
In pots,
Pots of scenic bodies,
Bodies of curvy ladies,
Ladies of sexy panties,
Panties of mysteries,
Mysteries of the nights,
Nights of the lights,
Lights bright,
Only when swimming.

Swimming....

My Colorful Dream

I dream of a blue and violet world,
Filled with an aura of gold and green pounds,
I'd like to swim in the white ponds,
and to own a violet magic stick.

I fear the evil dark world,
The one of black and darkness surround,
The one of a red frown,
Along with a bloody crown.

When I wake up give me white coffee.

45 Dollars

I have this side hustle,
I'm only doing it today and tomorrow,
The tools I had to borrow,
I don't like working the furrow,
But it is such a sorrow,
That instructions I have to follow,
Or else in trouble I will wallow,
It's for a wage of 45 dollars.

I don't like French fries,
I also hate a spice of curries,
I would rather have noodles,
Or some milk mashed flakes,
But everyday I feed on fries,
I am living a life of wishes,
It's all I can afford nowadays,
For a wage of 45 dollars.

I would love to take her out,
Walk in the woods around and about,
Sit in the park and watch the flowers sprout,
I would love to make her shout,
While I have paid for her camel mount,
I wanted to discuss money, She asked, "What about?"
Afford all that for her......., I doubt,
For a wage of 45 DOLLARS??

I Just Thought

I just don't follow, I follow the just,
I won't die to love you, It's my love for you that will never die,
I don't hate the drink, I drink the hate away,
I can't kiss a dragon, I just drag on the kiss,
I don't like food for thought, I think for food.

Bad is Relative

There are no bad lawyers,
They are just not paid enough,
There are no bad teachers,
They were just born tough,
There are no quack doctors,
It is some bodies that are so rough.

Not every policeman is corrupt,
It depends with who you choose to give,
Not every judge is mean,
It depends with the kind of thief,
Not every boss is harsh,
It depends with your hearing and applying ability.

Not every mother is good,
There could be no female prisons,
Not every wife is faithful,
But sharing your problems halves them,
Not every child is a genius,
Offices for the genius will need cleaning.

There is not a bad poem either,
Because BAD is RELATIVE!!

Tatoo in the Eye

The saddest day of his life,
With pain sharper than a knife,
He watched his wife,
Give herself to another man,
He wanted to but he could not run,
It was too hard to discern.

Clutching onto the grill of the window,
He felt his heart sink so low,
So much that he did not know,
He watched his wife enjoy,
The man used her like his toy,
All they did to the him was annoy.

As the man squeezed her in his arms,
His spine felt shiver alarms,
He felt the sting of all the qualms,
As his wife let out a moan,
He only managed a silent painful groan,
He felt numb from his head to the zone.

The sweet words that his wife said,
The sweet nothings the man replied,
The sad fact that his marriage had died,
The actions were all etched in his brain,
He couldn't clear his thoughts train,
His mind was all wet from the sinful rain.

He wanted to shout and stop it,
But he was too weak to do it,
All he did was watch all of it,
He stood still like a fly,
He did not cry,
It felt like a TATOO IN THE EYE!

Atrocities

It is so sad,
That we disregard,
The fathers of our land,
The people who fought hard,
To redeem our land.

We have erected buildings,
On the graves of our freedom fighters,
We excavate their remains,
We leave them uncovered,
Can we get worse?

Our great grandmothers,
Who languished in prison,
The ones who bore our mothers,
By the roadside and in settler farms,
We have abandoned them.

The marshals of the time,
Have not a single dime,
They get poorer with time,
When they die,
Their souls, with pain, sublime.

They sold their small pieces of land,
Their families can't secure a grave,
They are left unclaimed in morgues,
They are disposed in a mass grave,
Buried by a government excavator.

While the remaining few limp,
With one leg since they lost the other,
Fighting for our land,
We zoom past with our sleek cars,
We cover them with clouds of dust.

Whatever happened to humanity,
Whatever happened to patriotism,
To hell with democracies,
All promises have become fallacies,
We will pay for these ATROCITIES!!
